So last night I dreamed
that I was doing the back stroke through pink, vanilla-flavored frosting, only
stopping to take a bite now and then. Colored sprinkles were like flotation
devices, and white, fluffy cake resembled a trampoline.
Then my alarm went off and reality hit like a giant trough of unflavored oatmeal. Bye bye frosting. So long sprinkles (or jimmies, or hundreds-and-thousands, etc.).
Naturally, I was left
longing for the days when I dipped pretzels in Funfetti for afternoon snack. Even
if I can’t enjoy such indulgences on an everyday basis, I can at least lay my
head down on something sweet that won’t have me napping under my desk at 10
A.M. a la George Costanza. Silly and charming, these little gems are a fab find
for your little princess (or you!). Who wouldn’t want to rest her head on a
frosty , cherry-topped cupcake? Imagine the dreams you’d have!
If cupcakes aren’t your thing, check out a few that are a little more sophisticated. Moroccan inspired pillows are the perfect way to update a room and make it chic for 2009. The patterns are delicate and the colors bright. Toss one into your already plush pillow collection.
I'm totally addicted to throw cushions!! I just bought two more today that I probably don't really need, but oh well :-)
I'd be very happy snuggling up with that cherry-topped chocolate cupcake cushion :-) And the first Moroccan one is gorgeous -- I love cobalt blue!!
Thanks for visiting our blog :-)

I love cobalt blue too! I'm really craving Spring weather, so I'm gravitating towards lots of bright colors right now in anticipation of it. Enjoy your pillows... you might not need them, but that's not really the point is it? :)
