Frozen Goodness!

Any hot summer day can be saved by an ice cold juicy Popsicle!  And best of all, Popsicles are a cheap and perfect reason to get your hands dirty in the kitchen.  Get creative with the fruit and juices in your refrigerator to concoct a fun summer recipe.

Check out this Pinterest Popsicle recipe for inspiration:

Pomegranate:

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

2 cups pure, fresh pomegranate juice

2 tsp. rose water

¾ cut simple syrup (to make, combine ¾ cup of sugar and ¾ cup of water, bring to a simmer to dissolve the sugar, and cool)

The seeds from 1 pomegranate

Combine the juices, rose water, and simple syrup.  Add pomegranate seeds and pour into molds.
