After placing an order for your brand spanking new blinds, we want to keep you up to date on how it’s doing and when it’ll arrive on your doorstep!
To check the status of your order, all you need are 2 things:
1. Your Order Number
2. Your Email Address
Can’t find your order number? All Blinds.com orders will be followed by a confirmation email which contains your order number. If you can’t find that email, call customer service, and they’ll assist you in pulling up your order and advising you of your current status.
Your order will pull up, and display one of the status messages pictured below.
After you’ve placed your order, it will be in the “Order Accepted” stage. During this stage, (which lasts about 12 hours) changes can still be made to your order. If you need to make a change to your order, call us at 800-505-1905 as soon as possible. Because all our blinds and shades are custom, made from scratch just for you, we want to make sure the product specifications are correct before we start making your blinds or shades.
For your convenience, our Customer Care and sales teams are on the phones from 7 AM to 10 PM every weekday. On the weekend, we are available to assist you from 9 AM to 6 PM.
When your order is in the “Prepping” phase, we’ve sent it along to the factory and they’re getting ready to start making your blinds or shades. Keep in mind, if you’ve ordered several different products, they may be made in different factories and some parts of your order may be delivered earlier than others.
If your order is “Being Made”, this means we’re working hard on your order and it hasn’t yet left the factory. Production times vary by product, but you can check yours on the product page, under the height and width drop down boxes.
This is an estimate. We do our best to keep your order status updated and as accurate as possible, but sometimes production delays can extend this time. If your order has exceed the production time and you haven’t been notified that it’s shipped, call one of our friendly customer service representatives at 1-800-505-1905 for more updated information.
On the Way
If your order is marked as “On the Way,” it has shipped and will arrive soon! Most shipments take 5-7 business days for regular FREE ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available on some products, so if you need to get your window treatments quickly, make sure to check on available shipping options when you place your order.
If any items your purchase are over 94″ in width, your order will have to ship as a freight item and will incur an oversize shipping charge. This means your shipping time will take a little more time, usually 8-10 days.
