Fantasy Windows on Display at The International Window Coverings Expo in New Orleans

The International Window Coverings Expo, an annual industry event, took place last week  in New Orleans.  Industry executives, suppliers, designers and retailers from around the world were in attendance.  New products were on display, and experts presented seminars. Holy Living – Churches Turned Into Homes

  We shared this 19th century Wisconsin church on Facebook a few weeks ago. Architect Kurt Melander rescued this dilapidated Lutheran church and transformed into a modern home complete with a painting studio inside of the oculus window. Homes with ecclesiastical roots are sweeping the architecture world. Do you have a friend whose home is crazy fabulous, but she seems to magically make it all happen for pennies on the dollar? That’s Kim Salter. Kim started her blog, Design Thoughts when she was working as an Interior Designer in New York, and a new mom to a her son Liam. Designer We Love: Caitlin Wilson

I have unwittingly pinned and shared so many of Caitlin Wilson’s photos over the past few months, and I was blown away when I realized that they were all the work of the same designer! That just goes to show you how incredible she is. Caitlin is a Philadelphia based designer who has recently lived in Dubai and Hong Kong with projects from San Francisco to the Cayman Islands.
